Honestly, this is my first take on encoding Hi10P videos. I pretty much experimented on many factors, and this is my (somewhat) final result. There is a video glitch unfortunately and I do not know how to fix it, so if you are conscious for such things, I am sorry. I will try my best to learn more about this. The video is 720p (from a 1440x1080 source) and contains an official Japanese hard-subbed karaoke.
